1. Business Nature

This website is operated by Yancheng Anyue Trading Co., Ltd., a business-to-business (B2B) supplier of aftermarket replacement parts and custom metal fabrication services. We do not sell to individual consumers for personal use. All transactions are conducted between businesses.

2. Quotations and Orders

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed upon issuance of a written purchase order and our order acknowledgment. Prices are exclusive of shipping, insurance, and import duties unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer (T/T) and other methods as specified in the proforma invoice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates based on production schedules and material availability. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, customs clearance, or carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Defects

Returns require prior written authorization. Defective parts must be reported within 15 days of receipt and may be returned for inspection. If a defect is confirmed as a manufacturing fault, we will repair, replace, or credit the part at our discretion. We do not accept returns for parts that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and designs, is the property of Yancheng Anyue Trading Co., Ltd. or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific parts giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
