For standard replacement parts, MOQ is typically 50–100 pieces depending on the part complexity and value. For custom fabricated parts, we can start with a prototype batch as low as 10 pieces. Volume pricing applies at 500+ and 2,000+ piece levels.

Standard off-the-shelf replacement parts: 7–15 days after order confirmation. Custom prototypes: 15–25 days. Batch production: 25–45 days depending on quantity, material availability, and surface finishing requirements. We will confirm a firm schedule in our quotation.

1) Submit your drawing, 3D model, or sample via our custom inquiry form. 2) Our engineers review for manufacturability and send DFM feedback if needed. 3) We quote price, tooling, and lead time. 4) After your approval and sample confirmation (if required), we schedule production. 5) Final inspection, packing, and shipping with full documentation.

We offer shot blasting, phosphating, silane ceramic pretreatment, powder coating in standard RAL colors, and e-coating (cathodic electrodeposition). For parts requiring corrosion resistance in harsh environments, we recommend a combination of shot blasting + powder coating or e-coating.

We perform incoming material inspection, in-process first-article checks, and final dimensional inspection using CMM, height gauges, and calipers. Welds are checked visually and with dye penetrant when required. We can provide inspection reports, material certificates, and hardness test results on request.

Yes. We can pack parts in your branded cartons, apply your part numbers, and include your logo on packing lists (not on the parts themselves, to maintain aftermarket clarity).
